How do you print your posters ?

L’Affiche Moderne’s prints are digitally printed on a high quality semi-gloss 200gsm paper. Canvas prints are digitally printed onto high quality Fine Art 350gsm satin canvas.

How do you guarantee that your posters remain limited editions ?

Our art prints are strictly limited to 300 editions for each format (two formats available: one small, and one large) and come complete with a certificate of authenticity indicating the print number. Once a work has sold out, L’Affiche Moderne immediately discontinues the format.


What are the shipping costs ?

Items are shipped via colissimo for metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco, via overseas colissimo for DOM-TOM, and via international colissimo for other countries, except for art prints sent in tubes abroad which are sent with recorded delivery . The shipping costs are included at the end of the ordering process.

How are the art prints packaged and what is the delivery time?

If you have purchased an art print which is neither framed nor mounted, it will be carefully rolled in protective wrapping paper and packaged in a triple protection cardboard tube and it will be shipped within 1-8 days.

If you have purchased a framed or mounted print, it will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a custom fitted reinforced cardboard box. Mounted canvas and frames will be sent within 1-8 days and within 1-3 weeks for the Dibond mounted prints.

Orders shipped with colissimo to France are delivered within 2 days. International orders are delivered within 4-14 days depending on the destination.


How can I track my order ?

After you submit your order and your payment is approved, L’Affiche Moderne is obliged to send you an email confirming all the elements of the order. A few days later, when your order ships, we e-mail you the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Please note that prints sent abroad in tubes are sent with recorded delivery and cannot be tracked with the number sent to you.


What can I do if I am disappointed by my order ?

You have a period of 7 days upon receipt of the item to cancel an order and send back the art print to L’AFFICHE MODERNE. Customers are asked to ship the returned item back to: L’Affiche Moderne – 265 rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin – 75010 Paris, France. Items must not be damaged and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The price of your art print and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return shipping costs being paid by the customer. The customer will be refunded by L’AFFICHE MODERNE via check (for orders in France) sent to the address used for delivery or via Paypal (for international orders) within 30 days.


What can I do if the item I received does not correspond to my order ?

L’Affiche Moderne is committed to refunding or exchanging art prints that do not correspond to the order. The claim must be made within 7 working days of the delivery by email at contact@laffichemoderne.com. Any claims made outside of this period cannot be accepted. The art prints must be returned to L’Affiche Moderne in the state in which they were received, in their original packaging and within 7 working days of the original claim. The mailing expenses will be refunded on the basis of the fee marked on the invoice. Return mailing expenses will also be refunded if the return is justified by a defective or incorrect print.


What can I do if my order has been damaged or lost during the shipping ?

L’Affiche Moderne is committed to sending you another item if the first is damaged upon delivery (visibly deteriorated or open) and only if you have refused it when given by the delivery professional. You must then report to L’Affiche Moderne within 24 hours of receipt and the item must be sent back. Another will then be sent without any additional charge to the customer. Should the item be lost during shipping, and proof is given by the delivery service, L’Affiche Moderne is committed to sending another identical item, without any additional charge to the customer.


I am an artist, how can I submit some of my works to L’Affiche Moderne ?

We regularly add new works to the catalogue of L’Affiche Moderne. Our selection criteria are quite simple: if it’s original, of good quality and we like it, then we’ll select it. All artists are welcome and can submit their works. To do this, please send us by email either a selection of your works or a link to your website, blog, etc.. Our email is contact@laffichemoderne.com. Unfortunately since we now receive many submissions, we can no longer answer to everybody. We thank you in advance for your submission.


I am a retailer, how can I sell your prints?

Please send us an email at contact@laffichemoderne.com with the details of your shop (what you are selling, where it is, link to your website), ie anything that may help us better know you, and more about the prints, formats and number of prints you may be interested to sell, we will send you all the details about us.
